This policy applies to sample swatch orders, sample yardage orders and other online orders placed through tanganatextiles.com. Separate written terms may apply to bulk orders, production orders, custom orders, wholesale rolls, exports or special projects.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on factors that may include order weight, product type, destination, carrier availability and selected delivery method.
If a specific product option states that flat-rate shipping is included, that included shipping applies only to the stated standard sample option and standard eligible destination unless the checkout or Tangana confirms otherwise.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless Tangana expressly confirms a guaranteed delivery date in writing. Transit times may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, remote destinations or circumstances outside our control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including company name, recipient name, street address, suite or unit number, postal code, phone number and any delivery instructions required by the carrier.
If an order is delayed, returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.
For shipments outside Canada, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, customs clearance charges and other destination charges unless otherwise stated in writing.
Tangana is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, import restrictions, missing recipient information or unpaid destination charges.
Orders are processed during business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, payment verification, order volume and shipping requirements.
If you need to change or cancel an online sample order, contact us as soon as possible at info@tanganatextiles.com. We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing, packing or shipment.
For production orders, custom orders or special orders, cancellation terms must be confirmed separately in writing.
Because sample swatches and sample yardage are supplied for evaluation and may be cut, packed or prepared specifically for the order, all sample orders are generally final sale unless the product is defective, damaged in transit or materially different from the item ordered.

Please inspect all sample orders promptly upon delivery. If you believe an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@tanganatextiles.com and include:
Do not cut, wash, sew, print, dye, alter or use a product that you believe is defective or incorrect. Doing so may limit our ability to review the claim.
After reviewing the claim, Tangana may, at its discretion and where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, store credit or other solution. We may ask that the item be returned before a remedy is issued. Return authorization must be obtained before sending any item back.
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges, customs charges, duties, brokerage fees or payment processing costs may be non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to Tangana's error.
Production yardage and bulk fabric orders should be inspected before cutting, washing, sewing, printing, dyeing or further processing. Claims related to bulk or production orders may be subject to separate written terms, technical specifications, inspection procedures and time limits.
