By using this website, submitting a fabric inquiry, creating an account or placing a sample order, you agree to these Terms of Use and any additional policies linked on the website.

Trade-oriented website

This website is designed primarily for textile trade, sourcing and business use. It allows visitors to review fabric information, submit fabric inquiries and place limited sample-related orders. The website is not intended to operate as a general consumer retail fabric store.

Product information

Product descriptions, photographs, colours, weights, compositions, widths, certifications, applications and other information are provided for general trade evaluation only. We try to present information accurately, but textile products may vary due to production tolerances, dye lots, finishing, lighting, screen settings and measurement methods.

Unless expressly confirmed in writing by Tangana, website product information does not create a binding specification, warranty, certification guarantee, availability guarantee or production commitment.

Fabric inquiry option

The Fabric Inquiry option allows you to request information or a quote. A fabric inquiry does not create a purchase order, sales contract, reservation of stock, production slot, price lock or delivery commitment. Bulk pricing, minimum order quantities, availability, lead times, shipping terms, payment terms and technical requirements must be confirmed separately in writing by Tangana.

Sample order options

The website may offer sample-related options, including Sample Swatches Order and Sample Yardage Order. These are evaluation orders intended to help business buyers review fabric quality, hand feel, colour direction, construction and suitability before discussing production or bulk purchases.

Sample orders do not reserve production stock and do not guarantee that identical fabric, colour, lot, width, hand feel, finish, price or lead time will be available for future production orders.

Account access

Certain features may require account creation, login or approval. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account.

We may refuse, suspend or terminate account access if we believe the account is inaccurate, unauthorized, abusive, fraudulent, inactive or inconsistent with the trade purpose of the website.
